Cooking

I like cooking, and after I’ve made something a few times it tends to drift from the recipe I started with. This is where I write down the versions I actually make.

Recipes always have shortcuts. I endeavour to write my most involved and effortful version, but also include shortcuts I think are perfectly reasonable. There’s nothing wrong with premade pastry.
