Code
Public code, selected projects, and technical things I find useful.
I publish code on both GitLab and
GitHub. I tend towards GitLab – partly because
I like having the username euan, and partly because I prefer its approach to
CI – but GitHub’s ubiquity, execution of CI, and more generous free allowance
make it the better home for some projects. I use whichever suits the work.
Projects
Watch Bells is a native desktop utility that sounds traditional ship’s bells every half hour. It runs on macOS, Windows, and Linux, quietly keeping naval time from the menu bar or system tray. View the source.
QR Tools creates QR codes for contact cards, WiFi access, calendar events, and tasks. It aims to make ordinary cases simple without ignoring the standards and compatibility details underneath them. View the source.
